If Indian Maoist supporters are here, can Anglo-American awards be far behind?

As has been usual for the last decade or so, American government has in a calculated move showered an award on another Indian leftist / liberal / secular entity. This time the personality is even more drastic and radical. According to an IBN Live report, Binayak Sen, a doctor currently lodged in a Chattisgarh jail on charges of links with the murderous Indian Maoists, has been graced with the "presitgious" Jonathan Mann Award for Global Health and Human Rights.

The English diaspora -- Canada, Australia and the UK -- led by the pied piper USA have been for many decades using their awards to further Anglo-American geo-political interests. These awards are carefully given to raise the profile of particular individuals who are arrayed against native faiths and nationalism in countries such as China and India.
